Everyone confines themselves to a certain belief and limit their capabilities.
Due to a negative reinforcement to your brain tho accept it as you limitation even though you can easily go through it.
This is a short Inspirational Story about the elephant and the rope, and by the end of this story your beliefs about yourself changes for sure.
So without any further delay,
Let’s get started.
A Short Inspirational Story:
So a tourist who was traveling through Thailand.
And there were passing some elephants and he suddenly stopped because he was confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg.
No chains, No cages it was obvious that the elephants could at any time break away from their bonds but for some reason they did not.
He saw a trainer nearby and asked him why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.
Well, the trainer said “When they are very young and much smaller we used the same sized rope to tie them and at that age it’s enough to hold them as they grow up they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away.
They believe that the Rope can still hold them so they never tried to break free.
The man was amazed that these animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t they were stuck right where they were.
You see in life just like these elephants how many of us go through life clinging on to a belief that we cannot do something. Simply because we failed at it once before.
So don’t let these shackles and burdens from the past enter your progress in life.
Past failures shouldn’t point to the direction that your life is going.
You should decide and respond in a way that is positive.
Say to yourself “At least I tried” and get on with it.
So don’t limit yourself to a small world.
Stop confining yourself to a life that is restricted break free. Try new things, meet new people, explore this big world of ours.
